1. Return Window
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
The return window starts on the date your item is delivered.
2. Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (like a receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items.
Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer after receipt.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at admin@kaylsscreations.com to request a return.
Please include your order number in the request.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package back to us.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify which new product you would like. We will ship the new item once the original is received or scanned by the carrier.
6. Return Shipping Costs
We provide free return shipping labels for all eligible returns.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a solution.
8. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for non-defective items.
